Please forward the email receipt from your case purchase to caseadmin@hks.harvard.edu and we will send you a PDF of the case.
I had a Kennedy School faculty account prior to May 30, 2012. Do I need to register for a new account with Harvard Business Publishing?
Yes, instructors can register for Premium Educator access at educatoraccess.hbsp.harvard.edu.

How can I obtain a Harvard Kennedy School case that is not currently available via Harvard Business Publishing?

How can I obtain a Harvard Kennedy School teaching note that is not currently available via Harvard Business Publishing?
Teaching notes are only available to teaching faculty members at degree-granting academic institutions. In order to verify your teaching status, please send an e-mail to caseadmin@harvard.edu with a link to your online directory or website. You may also e-mail or fax verification of your teaching status on your University’s letterhead from your department chair, Dean, or Human Resources department. Our fax number is 617-495-8878.

Instructors need to create, activate, and distribute an online coursepack for students. Please visit the HBP website for more information on building coursepacks.
